Can I return mY product?
Products from the webshop can be returned withing 14 days. Send an email to karlienhoenderdos@gmail.com.
Personalised products can not be returned.
For big projects you are requered to make a 50% downpayment and only pay the other 50% when you are satisfied with the end result.
MY product got damaged during shipping, what now?
That’s horrible! Of course this can happen. Send an email to karlienhoenderdos@gmail.com and we’ll make sure you get a new version or a return of your payment.
